Hawaii Food Products has been operating since 1955 and is a long-time kama'aina company with roots in the local farming community.

Our company delivers all your favorite Hawaiian food products in a ready-to-eat format under the Ono Ono brand. From Lau Lau and Kalua Pork to Lechon, Char Siu, and Lomi Salmon, we have it all.
In 2019, Hawaii Food Products became affiliated with KOHA Foods. Our goals are to perpetuate quality, customer service, and responsible growth by employing local people who manufacture local foods grown at our farm and various local farmers.
Quality and Authenticity
Hawaii Food Products is inspected by the USDA and Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) daily ensuring proper sanitation and food handling practices are maintained for freshness and food safety. Our Food Safety Plan under the FDA is fully compliant with the Food Safety Modernization Act and follows Current Good Manufacturing Practices, Preventive Controls for Human Foods, and Hazard Analysis (HACCP) standards.
We source from local farms like Aloun Farms and Wong’s Produce for Luau leaves. Ti-leaves and banana stump come from our Hawaii Food Product farm. Other ingredients like bananas, onions, tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro are sourced locally as much as possible.
OUR SIGNATURE HAWAIIAN FOOD
Our Ono Ono Brand is known for the delicious Lau Lau and Kalua Pork. When preparing these items, we follow the traditional procedures as much as possible. And while we do not place our Kalua Pork in an authentic imu, it is similar.
Our roast pork dishes (Chinese style, Lechon, Char Siu) are popular with local and mainland customers.
And our signature Portuguese Sausage have been used by the likes of Like Like Drive-Inn and the Halekulani Hotel.
