- At your deadline, collect everyone's Order Guide.
- Download our Master Order Form and fill it out with everyone's order totals with a pick-up or delivery date.
- Send form to sales@hawaiifoodproducts.com and we'll send you a confirmation email.

We recommend all Fund-Raisers to pre-sell the tickets six weeks prior to pick up date.
$100.00 deposit is required when tentative order is placed.
The actual count of the products and 50% of the total cost is due two weeks prior to pick-up.
The full balance is due the day of pick up. We accept only cash, debit and credit card only.
All of our products are perishable and certain care must be taken from spoilage.
All products should be kept in the refrigerator or in a cooler.
